What is the difference between a Hire-Train-Deploy (HTD) Program and Apprenticeship Program?
While both are designed to achieve similar goals, HTD programs are designed to train individuals prior to onboarding while apprenticeship programs are developed with on-the-job training coupled with classroom learning.
Are these programs intended only for new hires only?

We offer a 60-day credit-back guarantee, so long as the resource is deployed alongside a mentor. We understand the difficulties of getting up to speed in an enterprise environment. More often than note, technical skills are not the reason an individual fails but a lack of enterprise knowledge. We can deploy a mentor alongside each resource to ensure a successful onboarding within the initial 60-day period.
